This nomination reflects the successful launch of both a patient handover app (CareFlow Connect) and patient observations app (CareFlow Vitals) at North Bristol NHS Trust. Originally planned as part of NBT’s ongoing digital transformation, the launch was accelerated to better support care as the trust escalated its COVID response. The rapidness of the roll out - accompanied by new devices to aid usage and intensive on-the-ground support, in partnership with the supplier (System C) – as well as the positive reaction from staff, highlight the reasons why the team responsible for getting this project off the ground have been nominated.
