West Heath Surgery couples the highest standard of practice with forward-thinking initiatives designed to improve healthcare. The team spearheaded the development of the Birmingham and Solihull Health App, growing usership from the West Heath site to nearly 80% of local GP practices.

The video consultations and symptom checker within the app have come to the forefront during the pandemic, alongside West Heath’s other pioneering services including a Virtual Care Home service, the implementation of mass vaccination software and a new multi practice Prescription Ordering Department that has changed the behaviour of local primary care users.
